The region’s rich volcanic soils and sub-tropical climate yield a rich harvest of fruits, vegetables and produce. The Nimbin Emporium has been operating since before the Aquarius Festival in 1973. Check out the original murals on the ceilings when you groove on through shopping. Chat to a local who volunteer their time at the Nimbin Organics shop where local organic produce is readily available. Visit our Farmer’s Market on a Wednesday arvo, across from the Visitor Centre.

Experience a traditional Aquarius loaf at the Nimbin Bakery. The loaf was designed during the Festival to provide fresh, wholesome bread to the attendees.
