REDinc (Realising Every Dream)

REDinc is a not-for-profit community organisation established in 1991 by a group of parents of school leavers with disabilities who were concerned at the lack of meaningful options for their children as they transitioned from school.

We are unashamedly small, enjoying a warm family atmosphere, because we know that is the best way to make sure we can know everyone personally and achieve life changing results for our community.

REDinc delivers a wide range of highly personalised and group disability services delivered by staff who deeply care and who share the belief that everyone deserves to dream and live their best lives.

Our services include plan management, support coordination, school leaver employment supports, day services, supported indepentend living and much more.
